- The delivery fee is included in the price of your order
✅ Delivery Areas
We deliver within a 15-mile radius from Aventura. The delivery areas include:
- ✅ Davie
- ✅ Weston
- ✅ Aventura
- ✅ South Beach
- ✅ Fort Lauderdale
- ✅ Downtown Miami
- ✅ MIA Airport
✅ Delivery Time Slots
- We deliver to your specified address during the selected time slot.
- Please note that availability may vary depending on demand and delivery schedule.
- If you need to adjust the time slot after placing the order, please contact us directly.
✅ Temperature Control
- All boxes are delivered in special insulated bags to ensure the freshness and quality of the products.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery to prevent any quality issues due to prolonged exposure to outside temperatures.
✅ Pick-Up Option
- Pick-up is available by appointment only.
- The price remains the same for both delivery and pick-up.
- The time and location for pick-up can be arranged separately after placing the order.
✅ Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We will notify you via email or text message when your order is ready for delivery or pick-up.
✅ Delivery Restrictions
- We currently deliver only within the specified delivery areas listed above.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside the 15-mile delivery radius from Aventura.
✅ Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is not available or the address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
- Additional fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
✅ Delays and Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures
