You can place an order on our website. Choose the box you like, select the quantity, add it to your cart, make the payment, provide the delivery address, choose the delivery window, and enter the contact person and phone number.
How to select a delivery window?
You can select a convenient delivery window from the available options. We deliver every two hours, starting from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
How far in advance should I place an order?
You can place an order in advance for your desired date, but no later than 24 hours before the delivery date.
What are the available box sizes?
- CUP – Snack for 1 person
- MINI – Snack for up to 2 people
- SMALL – Up to 4 people
- MEDIUM – Up to 6 people
- LARGE – Up to 8 people
Can I choose the contents of the box?
Yes, you can choose from the following options:
- Standard box
- Vegetarian box
- Extra meat and cheese box
Do you use the same ingredients in each box?
No, each box is different. The contents may vary depending on availability, season, and special requests. Every order is custom-made, so no two boxes are identical.
How is delivery handled?
We deliver to your specified address within your chosen delivery window.
Boxes are delivered in special insulated cooler bags.
Is pickup available?
Pickup is available by prior arrangement. The price remains the same for pickup orders.
Can I order a box as a gift?
Of course! We will beautifully package your order and include a card with your custom message.
How should I store the box?
Store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of +36°F to +41°F (+2°C to +5°C). Do not store it for more than 24 hours.
How long does the box stay fresh?
We recommend consuming the delivered box within 2 hours if not refrigerated.
